Work

Enterpret

Head of Design – (Apr 2025 - Present)

Enterpret is a customer intelligence platform that unifies customer feedback and helps companies reason over it with AI. I lead design across the product, with designers embedded directly in our product pods alongside engineering and product. At this team size the role spans product strategy, org building, and hands-on craft. My day typically revolves around:

  1. Shaping product direction through concrete design artifacts: object model specifications, information architecture proposals, and working prototypes built on real customer data that let leadership react to something real before engineering investment begins. This occasionally extends beyond the product, like designing the brainstorming exercise the leadership team used for annual planning
  2. Building the systems a young design team needs to grow: design principles and a Minimum Lovable Product framework that govern ship decisions across the product org, a leveling framework, hiring rubrics for senior ICs, and operating rhythms for delegation, accountability, and quality
  3. Rebuilding our design workflow around AI agents, so that problem definition, customer research, and structural exploration become as fast as high-fidelity execution, instead of getting skipped because they are slower

Postman

Director, User Experience – (Sep 2020 - Mar 2025)

My role as the Director of User Experience revolved primarily around scaling Postman's design ethos, process and culture. I led our Design Managers in building out hybrid teams of UX generalists, interface and visual designers and systems engineers. These teams in turn supported our product teams in building the world's most extensive API platform. My day typically revolved around:

  1. Setting up our UX Foundation team for success by helping them identify platform level opportunities for UX, experiment on them to validate the UX and build internal consensus, and ship these foundational changes with the help of other product teams
  2. Coaching the next generation of design leaders in Postman by providing objective, critical feedback on their work, helping them build trust within their product team and encouraging them to be the voice of the user in conversations between Product, Design and Engineering
